The main story can feel like a race against the clock, and though it technically is, there is no real reason to sprint to the finish line. Exploring God of War Ragnarok’s optional areas will often reward Kratos with some nice items, so the player should thoroughly survey each area they explore before they move on. One of the most straightforward side quests in the game requires Kratos to locate six Stolen Treasures, Artifacts that offer information on the world’s lore.
Finding The Stolen Treasures
The best way to begin the search for the Stolen Treasures is to travel to the Lake of Nine, Jormungandr’s domain. Given the size of this area, it may take some time to collect them all, but they are relatively to locate thanks to the layout of the realm. Although the Stolen Treasures appear in a set order when they have been collected, the player can acquire them in whatever order they prefer.

Where to Find Stolen Treasures #1 (Ankh)
Over to the east, away from the Helheim Tower, Kratos will discover a path leading north into the Shores of Nine. To find the second Stolen Treasure, he must climb under the boulder in his way and burn the brambles to the right of the fallen pillar in the next area.
Upon descending the stairs into The Oarsmen, the only way to go forward is to climb the wall at the back of the room. A Stalker is waiting in the next area, so the player should save the game before continuing.
Moving on, Kratos must climb the chain at the back of the arena and follow the path forward until he reaches an even bigger chain embedded in the snow. Interacting with it will reveal a staircase that Kratos can use to enter a previously inaccessible area. To his right lies a Legendary Chest containing a Jewel of Yggdrasil, while just behind the staircase awaits the Ankh, the first Stolen Treasure.
Where to Find Stolen Treasures #2 (Kila)
From Tyr’s Temple, the player should head northeast in the direction of King’s Grave. At the halfway point between Tyr’s Temple and the Mystic Gateway is where the second Stolen Treasure, Kila, can be found.
Though the snow-covered structure looks unclimbable, there is a staircase that will grant Kratos a way to ascend. The second Stolen Treasure can be found at the top of the structure, next to a dead body.
Where to Find Stolen Treasures #3 (Janbiya)
Upon returning to the Lake of Nine, Kratos should proceed south until he reaches Tyr’s Temple. He will be faced with the entrance to a Raider Stronghold, but there’s no need to enter. Instead, he should follow the wall west until he reaches an ice-covered doorway.
After he slashes through the ice stalactites, he can enter the small cove and obtain Janbiya, the third Stolen Treasure.
Where to Find Stolen Treasures #4 (Maya)
Once the third Stolen Treasure has been secured, Kratos should proceed east around the side of Tyr’s Temple.
Just as he passes under the bridge, he can find Maya, the fourth Stolen Treasure, beside the dead body on his right.
Where to Find Stolen Treasures #5 (Fert)
Upon emerging from the Mystic Gateway northwest of Tyr’s Temple, Kratos should journey east until he finds the Helheim Tower. It can be difficult to see due to the snowy environment, but there is a way to climb into the archway on the right.
Once inside, Kratos can use the Blades of Chaos to grapple over the hole in the floor onto the adjacent ledge. There, he will find the Stolen Treasure known as Fert, alongside a Red Coffin.
Where to Find Stolen Treasures #6 (Lyre)
To find the sixth Stolen Treasure, Kratos must journey to the Derelict Outpost just southwest of Tyr’s Temple. After hopping over the wall blocking the way forward, he can climb a chain up to the next level, where he will find a large hole in the back wall.
In the next area, Kratos must throw the Leviathan Axe at the paddle to his right to reposition the crane. Doing so will allow him to grapple forward.
Upon exiting the cave and looking north, Kratos will notice another crane connected to a paddle. Like before, it can be repositioned thanks to the Leviathan Axe. To obtain the Red Coffin to the east of the next platform, the same crane must be moved once more.
Following the path forward over the next two ledges, Kratos will find a chain. When interacted with, it will raise another crane that he can use to reach the platform to the west. There’s a group of Raiders here, but they go down with relative ease.
Once they have been defeated, Kratos can walk to the northeast part of the platform and drop down to the lower level. At the bottom of this ravine awaits Lyre, the sixth and final Stolen Treasure. After collecting it, Atreus can shoot the Soundstone at the end of the path with a Runic Arrow to create a shortcut out of the area.
