How to Make Money in Glitchpunk
There are a few different ways to make money in Glitchpunk:
Finishing contracts Completing bounties at Headhunt Hubs Killing NPCs Hacking weapon and item vendors Selling Modules at Pawn Shops
Killing NPCs
The quickest way to make money in Glitchpunk is to kill NPCs. Going on a killing spree is sure to attract the attention of a police officer sooner or later, but players can prolong this by purchasing a few Gyges Modules first.
This item keeps the police from pursuing players for a short time, and can be purchased from the item vendor with the blindfolded man symbol. Activating one in a crowd, and then shooting a rocket from the RPG Launcher is sure to make players their money back for buying the $800 module, and then some.
Selling Modules
Another quick way to make money is to sell duplicated and unwanted Modules at Pawn Shops. They often sell for $4000+ and players will definitely receive more than one of the same type while completing contracts, and acquiring random loot.
Hacking Weapon and Item Vendors
If players buy the Mystery Shopper Module from a Pawn Shop, they are able to hack weapon and item stands for a whooping 50% discount. While this might not give players money, it will save them a lot in the long run. Glitchpunk also features the ability to hack credits from item and weapon vendors, but this Module cannot be bought from a Pawn Shop.
Completing Bounties at Headhunt Hubs
Players should save in Glitchpunk before trying one of the many Headhunt Hub bounties scattered about the map. These are specific missions that reward thousands for completing them. They usually task players with killing members of one of the gangs.
Gyges Modules can help here too, unless picking up a bounty to kill police officers. The Aegis item is another great choice, as it makes players invulnerable to all damage, except from vehicles, for a short time. It can be bought for $800 from the blue symbols on the map that look like shields being destroyed.
Glitchpunk is out now on early access for PC.
